One – Create a Belief Bridge Before They Even Consider Your Offer

People buy when they believe your offer is the best choice. But belief isn’t built in a sales call. It starts long before. How?

Shake up their perspective! Help them see why what they’ve tried before hasn’t worked. Then, open their eyes to what they’re missing and show them what’s truly possible. Most importantly, make them feel deeply understood. Speak to their struggles and dreams in a way that makes them think, Wow, it’s like they’re in my head!

When they’ve already accepted that your approach is the best way forward, the “sale” happens in their mind before you ever pitch.

Sell the Shortcut, Not the Struggle

High-ticket buyers don’t pay for more work or complexity. They pay for speed, simplicity and certainty. Position your offer as the shortcut to what they already want.

Don’t just sell a coaching program: sell the transformation. “Get fully booked in 90 days” is way more compelling than “6 months of business coaching.” People really want to know what they can expect. You could start by completing this sentence:

After completing [name program] you’ll have ….

Another mistake I see coaches making is that they are flaunting and bragging and selling their method. It is super strong to have your own unique methodology, sell the result. Your clients don’t care about your framework; they care about what it will do for them and why your method guarantees success.

And please, don’t sell effort – sell ease. “Skip the trial-and-error and fast-track your results” is a whole lot more appealing than “Work harder on your business.” or “being an entrepreneur is one big shit-show”.  (it really isn’t by the way!)

When your offer feels like the fastest, most certain, and hopeful path to what they want, they won’t hesitate.

Make Your Brand a Proof Machine

Nothing sells better than results. If your content and presence scream “this works” at every touchpoint, buyers will trust you before they even inquire.

  • Document wins everywhere: testimonials, case studies, screenshots, DMs.
  • Share insights from real clients. Teach through their transformations.
  • Normalize the investment. Show why your pricing isn’t just reasonable, it’s a steal for the results you deliver.

The goal? By the time someone reaches out, they should already feel like they know you’re the answer. When it comes to high-ticket selling, the real insight is that you don’t “sell”. The client sells themselves.
